I love the Biddeford Suntan City. Erika the manager is always pleasant, helpful and keeps me updated on the specials. Her staff is great also, must say before Erika took over, I stopped going there because of the bad attitudes. She really prides herself on giving the staff proper training. I always feel welcomed there. Maybe a huge raise would make everyone feel special for the hard work. I forgot to mention how clean and fresh the salon is, I am confident going there about the cleanliness.

I've been coming here since 2018 and never gave a review as it wouldn't be good but now I can give 10 stars !Ever since the new manager started, as well as new team members this place is SPOTLESS! So clean and not just surface cleaning, I'm talking deep down detail cleaning and I couldn't be happier! They are such a beautiful team inside and out and I'm so happy and look forward to going more often than I ever have. Too many names to mention but I have yet to meet a bad staff member. I stopped going to Sun Tan City in Biddeford because they were always so rude and dysfunctional. I was in the area on July 24th and needed a quick tan and thought..maybe there are new people and the rude manager Paige has been replaced. Iam now alway greeted with a hello and especially want to recognize Julia. She is an outstanding employee who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and get you what you want. You definitely need to either upgrade or invest in a new computer system because it never fails to be down each and every time I had come in the past..including today. A music system that works would be great too. Please let Julia know she is doing a great job and acts very professional. She has a can do attitude instead of a can't do. Give her a raise or at least a bonus. Great workers are hard to find!!!
