Great service, autumn arrangement and follow up. Had flower arrangement delivered in Kennebunk that was left on the porch. Norm, (CO/CEO) revisited the location the next day to make sure the arrangement was found intact. Our friends had a lengthy and friendly conversation with Norm. He went above and beyond. I ordered flowers from Prestige again a couple days ago. As always, they arrived beautiful, fresh, and on time. I have always had a great experience with product and timeliness with this florist. I wasn’t home when they delivered my flowers so they came back later, I wasn’t home again and he happily waited 10 minutes until I arrived so the flowers wouldn’t freeze outside, even though I insisted he could leave them and I’d be right home. The bouquet is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was fantastic. I did not know someone was sending me flowers and it all around made my day. If you are trying to cheer someone up, go here!
