Melt Massage

Gretchen is magic. I suffer from chronic pain from an old sport injury, and I never feel more relief than I do after sessions with Gretchen. I recently moved out of Maine, and haven’t been able to find anyone that does what she does. I will drive the almost 2 hours to her to still get services 😅 Gretchen takes the time to ask how you’re doing, what you need, and really understands the body. I especially appreciate her approach in understanding the nervous system and taking a trauma informed approach. If you’re looking for the place, you’ve found it!!

You will melt and go somewhere else during a session with Gretchen.

Gretchen finds knots and body build up I didn’t even know existed. It’s clear she cares deeply for her patients, listens, and helps. Her work instantly helps my body let go of years of trauma from bike crashes and tension from working at a computer.

I always leave the session feeling refreshed, weightless, and more in tune with myself.

Gretchen really listed to my areas of concern & was so perceptive to my body's underlying tensions. She is incredibly strong. I am totally amazed by the massage I just had!
