We loved working with JBC Flooring! Jim’s communication skills were the first thing we noticed. He always let us know what was going on. Their work was outstanding! They came when they said they would and finished even earlier than expected. After the job was done the clean up was impeccable. Our neighbors recommended JBC Wood Floors for refinishing our living room hardwood floors. We reached out to Jim Bouthillette, owner of JBC Floors, and he responded within a day. From there we discussed details, and again in a timely manner, Jim gave us a very reasonable quote. Jim took great care to place plastic to ensure as much sanding residue as possible was contained to the room being worked on. The start and finish dates were as promised.
