My dog has been having a ROUGH month
Lucky Pet Staff have been amazing with phone calls, visits, treatment plan ideas. They care about Duchess, they care about ME as well!
I am so grateful the staff has been so supportive and have worked with me to do what is best for my dog. I wish I could give them 10 stars
In addition to excellent care, the staff at Lucky Pet shows so much love and compassion to all of my dogs. We brought our dog Birdie in urgently this past Monday with extensive injuries from a fight with another dog. They took her right in, made her comfortable (lots of tail wags), and treated her wounds. Four days later Birdie is doing so well and it is all we can do to get her to rest. She is feeling good and wants to run and jump and play.
I’ve been going for many years and through the change of ownership, my pups and I have always been treated fairly and with respect and compassion. Thank you for what you do. We couldn’t have asked for better care through our Juniors last appointment. You were angels.
