Lucky Pet Animal Hospital is a full-service animal hospital providing quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, and pocket pets in Berwick, Maine, and surrounding communities. The hospital is staffed by a great vet and techs who are super responsive, extremely professional, and truly caring. The team, led by Dr. Doug, is known for their wonderful care and attention to detail, making pets and their owners feel welcome and valued. The staff shows love and compassion to all pets, making them feel comfortable during visits. Although emergency services are not currently available, the hospital is highly rated for its exceptional service, knowledge, and friendly staff. Many clients appreciate the supportive nature of the team, who work closely with pet owners to ensure the best care for their beloved animals.
Dr. Chris Sevigny at Lucky Pet Animal Hospital is by far the BEST Veterinarian that we have ever had, and we have had several exceptional ones over the years.
Dr. Sevigny is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, perceptive, friendly, sincere, kind, down to earth, takes his time to explain things and our three Golden Retrievers adore him!!
When our oldest Golden Retriever, 11.75 years old, suddenly became ill, he was honest with us as to what HE would do if it was his dog. The rest is history and our boy had a successful spleen and mass removal MVMC and has been feeling like a puppy again and has gone on to do more therapy dog work with the public.

Valerie and all of the girls I encounter at front desk, along with the vets (this last visit was Dr Bliss) are extremely friendly and helpful. Don’t hesitate to take your furry loved one to LAH!!💗

Lucky Pet Staff have been amazing with phone calls, visits, treatment plan ideas. They care about Duchess, they care about ME as well!
