PCHC - Seaport Community Health Center is a convenient, well-kept facility with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Patients report positive experiences, feeling very taken care of and listened to. The service is thorough and accommodating, with an efficient walk-in process. An in-house pharmacy is available on site. However, there can be a significant wait for scheduled appointments, and it may not be ideal for those needing immediate care. Some patients trust them completely despite traveling far.
Jenell Hazard is amazing. I would give her all the stars in the world. The same applies to Leitta Thomas and the Pharmacy team!!
Unfortunately management has made what should be a community asset into a factory. Over working great providers, interfering with messages to your provider or just deleting before they are seen by them. To management: You are burning out great people. Perhaps you should review your reviews.
They have tons of patients and speaking of patients, have some patience. I can't imagine being one person carrying 1000 patients. Can you? There are some really lovely people there. In the past, I have changed my provider because we didn't see eye to eye. But I didn't make a big deal of it, I just asked to change providers. And I was able to see somebody much more in line with my thinking and care. Someone else might like that other doctor. Anyhow, the last thing we need is more infighting. Be kinder and understand that they are under remarkable services. If you're that unhappy with the entire practice, there are other ones.
So easy to work with. In house pharmacy and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I live 50 miles away and I won't change my provider because of the relationship we built. Trust them completely.
