I cannot recommend Mandy enough. In the past, I have never really enjoyed massages. I never felt comfortable during the massage and never got what I wanted physically out of it. After receiving whiplash from a car accident I decided to give massages one more chance and came to Mandy - it was such a life changer! She made me feel so comfortable during the whole experience and was so professional and kind. She was gentle in the areas that were experiencing pain and talked me through every movement. I am so glad I found Mandy!
I was suffering with pain and discomfort in my lower back and right hip due to sacroiliac (SI) joint issues when I went to Mandy for massage therapy.
Mandy took the time to really listen to what my needs were. She then designed my therapy sessions to target the areas of my body that needed extra attention.
Mandy worked on muscles that- over time- had become so tight and helped me finally feel pain free.
I am now in such a better place- walking with little to no pain or discomfort- thanks to her!
