We had a leak in our shower over a long weekend (Memorial). I called and left a message on Monday (Memorial Day). I received a call on Tuesday morning, and I had an appointment on Wednesday, and it was repaired. Bethany who handled the call and Matt who performed the repair were excellent and I am 100% satisfied!
