About The Bath Golf Club

The Bath Golf Club, located in Bath, Maine, is a classic New England course designed by Wayne Stiles in 1932. This course has been a beloved golfing destination for generations of Maine golfers and offers a welcoming atmosphere for all. The club is currently owned and operated by Resurrection Golf, a prominent golf course management and ownership group in Maine. Golfers can enjoy excellent playing conditions, with fast greens that are expected to slow down as the grass grows and is rolled out. The kitchen provides tasty and satisfying food, and the staff are known for their friendliness. The club also offers loaner clubs and pull carts at no charge for those who need them. The course layout is decent, and the pace of play is average. The Bath Golf Club has received positive reviews from visitors traveling from New Jersey and even as far as San Antonio. The superintendent has done a superb job maintaining the grounds, despite efforts to conserve water, and members contribute to the course’s condition by divot and ball green repair. The nearby Ship City Brew Pub is an added bonus, offering excellent sandwiches and beers at reasonable prices. Overall, the Bath Golf Club is a highly recommended golfing destination for its excellent conditions, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. Visitors also appreciate the well-maintained, low-key course with beautiful settings, and helpful staff such as manager Dylan and team members in the clubhouse. The course remains enjoyable even after heavy rains, with good management of wet conditions and a friendly, accommodating environment.

Nice course. Fun and challenging. Food is great at the restaurant, highly recommend the fish and chips. One down side; I wish the ball cleaners were filled. Played several times and they have all been bone dry. Also, water jugs throughout the course on warm days would be beneficial as well.
