“You need to update your spray tanning booths, You did in Auburn ,, Why not in Brunswick? You finally got A new bed in there. I don’t think you’ve updated too much in there since you’ve opened quite honestly… I’ve Been going there for years,,, And you go through help like crazy,, That doesn’t say much for management… You’ve had some good managers in there but they don’t or they get relocated… I don’t have any problem with most of the workers in there I get along good with them,, There are a few that need better training that’s for sure.. The line can be 10 miles long and there’s one that will stay on that phone and be the only person in there working.. She needs to wait on the people who walked in the door ,,not someone on the phone for an hour..I spend a lot of money in there,, And it would be nice to get some upgraded spray tanning Booths,, The ones now break down half the time, and that’s very frustrating. Specially, if you’re halfway through the session And it doesn’t work, right.. You charge plenty so you should be Up-to-date with the tanning beds And spray tanning… Like you’ll say, you’ll let management know,, I think that does no good my opinion….“
