DONT EVER GO HERE. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The receptionist was just purely awful and was talking about me as if I couldn't hear (but I could). On top of that she was incompetent at her job, did not know how to check me in or speak to me compassionately. Even further, she spent my entire wait in the waiting room yapping about how much she needed a drink. Overall extremely unprofessional.

I had an issue with my eye all weekend and really hoped to get in to see someone asap Monday morning. I wasn't a current patient with this office, but was able to get in the same day. The receptionist was very kind, and even coordinated a referral w/ my primary care physician for me before my appointment. The assistant and doctor were both friendly and efficient. The experience was seamless from start to finish and I'm super grateful for their care!

Didn't even get to schedule my appointment, the front desk lady "Mary" was so rude and unprofessional. From the first look she gave me, I could tell she didn't want to help me. I've already had a referral sent three months ago and before I could even tell her that she straight up just said "we don't have room for any appointments" - it's like she wanted to shoo me away so she didn't have to work.
