Today I had my first ever Therapeutic Massage in my life. It was done by Keana & They were so inviting and the communication was super strong. I am a very anxious person and they were able to make me feel at ease and relax so that they could do the work I so desperately needed done. They were so professional and very compassionate. Leaving I felt so refreshed and a lot of my pain in my back from prior trauma and a recent bad fall was relieved. They hit spots I didn't even know existed with perfect pressure and worked out a lot of spots that I had fluid or just swelling and knots. They made sure to keep the line of communication open so I was able to get the most relief possible. Also, not to mention they knew exactly what they were doing. Also, alot of emotion and spiritually came out that I wasn't expecting but was pleasantly very pleased with. I would definitely recommend Keana and I wilk returning myself. They also did some work on my boyfriend after me and help him with a lot of his neck pain and discomfort. 10 out of 10. Do it for yourself and go see Keana AT Bountiful Wellness.
