Dr Faith Smith is exceptional— has taken care of my eyes for years and today at 76 I see without glasses because she figured out how to get my cataracted lenses replaced with mono vision eye lens implants (Maine eye in Portland) / I have 20/20.+ distance vision and completely perfect reading vision without supplemental glasses - people I tell about this “magic” just smile and shake their heads/

I had broken the nose pads off my glasses while at work and I ran over here quickly while on a 15 minute break. The receptionist replaced the pads for FREE and did it so quickly that I was able to grab a drink from Reny's and walk back to my office in under 13 minutes. Thank you so much! :)

In August of 2022 ~ my Beloved Husband inexplicably lost sight in his left eye.I called immediately and Faith had us come in the next morning ~ A Sunday. She spent an hour ~ baffled and yet working the problem ~ She sent us to Portland ~ he was having a stroke ~ they released him to another Retinal Surgeon ~ he sent him to MASS General saying “ I’m just a Retinal Surgeon “ ~ { Just?} ~ the premier Neuro~ Ophthalmologist admitted him to Mass General as “A work in progress “ . He passed September 4 of 22 from a fungal infection and the resulting 5 strokes from complications post kidney transplant .
