We had a 'slow down' in our drains, and it wasn't until then we realized it had been five years since our last pump. We called the original company but they said they couldn't get to us until after the following week. We called another company, and they never called back. W E Fenderson answered the call, gave us a date/time and then they arrived early!
Jason was amazing - he was fast, efficient, explained possible issues and everything he was going to do before starting. I have used Fenderson since I purchased my first property back in 1996. I had to admit I was skeptical about the next generation stepping up. I still receive the same friendly service. Jason provided the same excellent as his grandfather; always there when you need him most and when he says he will be there. I appreciate you taking care of my properties throughout the years.

I reached out through their website, and they had availability to come out the next day, which was a huge relief. Jason was very responsive over email and answered all of my questions clearly.
When he arrived, everything was handled efficiently, and he took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense.
Also, he politely put up with my “so… the shitter’s full?” joke, so bonus points for that ?
Really appreciate the service and happy to support a local, multi-generation business. Will definitely use them again.
