I called Pro-Tech and Theresa set me up with Jon to do a start up including running the copper, vacuuming the system and charging it up. The whole process was great. Jon was very knowledgeable and efficient. I tried to buy him lunch but he worked right thru. They were very fair on the invoice. Could not be any happier. Will definitely recommend them. I am from Florida and they exceeded my expectations.

We did an annual tune up again this year, and after the guys left, we had an electrical issue. Mark came out again (on a Saturday), to take a look at it, suggested an electrician he trusted. That electrician came out and fixed it quickly as well.The fact that Mark did not know if the issue was related or not to the AC unit (it wasn't-just a bad outlet), coming out a second time and to refer someone quickly, shocked me on his kindness. Went above and beyond to come take a look for us on what was going on. Affordable, trustworthy and kind! Will always refer this company.Service: HVAC system maintenance
