Worse business ever . Hiring a payroll company is suppose to make your life easy and less stressful definitely not the case Dan Mangano makes it sound like it is the greatest thing hiring them then once you hire him disappears and you get passed on to many other people. When there's a problem no one fixes them other than pass you on someone else. I haven't been with them for 6 months and still have issues with stuff they didn't do right .

Wish I could leave zero stars. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They bill for stuff that was never talked about and make it nearly impossible to cancel any services. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t reccomend this company to absolutely anyone.

Absolutely no help on the phone. I need to talk to a human being and they dont exist. I got locked out of my account and my employer wasnt availble to help me with that. I call and I keep getting redirected to go to the website. The web chat I was sitting there for over 40 min with no reply. I just want my W2 and to get into my account. This is the most terrible paycheck system Ive had to deal with in my existence of work. I tried calling and selecting other options to see if I could get a real person on the phone and they have made it impossible to speak to anyone. Hire someone to answer the phone!
