Northeast Bank - Auburn

It is no wonder this bank has the lowest stars. They have absolutely the rudest most unpleasant tellers in all the industry. The tellers in South Paris are lovely but the ones at the Auburn location are cold, ditzy, unprofessional and frankly disgusting. Stay away from this branch when there are so many other choices in the area.

I called the Auburn Store to place a stop payment and was told by Sandy that her supervisor said I can't and that I have to work it out with the merchant despite that I had told her I had already tried.Now mind you after, I was now frustrated and and when Megan got on the phone she. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Bank will threaten default if you even 1 day late. Stay away from this bank. I have emails to prove it. Will also lie to you and when they are asked to provide proof they back pedal and change their tune.
