We have used Murphy several times and they have been very helpful, prompt and efficient. And even came out twice for a few small things and didn’t charge us . Very happy with this business and they were very compassionate when dealing with our mom who has Alzheimer’s
As an update to recent events Murphy does not return calls or messages lately even after I’ve asked for the paperwork for warranty and had another issue with the pump Had to call another plumber

I had an emergency with an upflushing toilet in our rental unit. Tried for 48 hours to find someone, with no luck. Then someone suggested Murphy. I filled out the web form on their site, and got a response within an hour or so. Sean rearranged and came out a few hours later. Fixed the problem, gave me a reasonable bill, and I couldn't be happier.Service: Toilet repair
