Just went in for my first time today with Kristen for a wax. I have found my "home"! She was fantastic and I happy to have found her. Highly recommend.

i just recently went in for a wax and saw kristen ladd! she was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. she really went above and beyond to make sure i was completely cared for & i left there happier than i ever have been anywhere else. i will be going back regularly and recommend her to anyone and everyone. she truly is THE BEST!

Jessica was great, she knew just how to cut my hair based on our talking and a picture, she far exceeded expectations! Would highly recommend!
