This is a most recent review of my most recent haircut. I just LOVE this salon!! They are so upbeat and positive and friendly and kind and caring. I can't remember all their names but the ladies here are always smiling and friendly!!! I look forward to my haircut with them every month or so!! They always cut my hair the way I like it and when I leave, I'm smiling as it is ALWAYS a great experience!! I hope it never changes. I want to be a customer for life!!
I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips in Auburn, ME. Even though the shop was extremely busy, Brianna made me feel like I was the only client in the room. She was pleasant, kind, and walked me through the cut and my options with care. I also noticed how smoothly she managed the flow of new clients and greeting everyone quickly, giving honest, helpful wait‑time updates. The rest of the stylist seemed just as friendly and attentive with their clients. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!
We went to the auburn location the line was 6 people long, we spoke with a employee and told them we would be back not once did she say hey we close at 4! So when we returned i tried checking in and the same employee said they were closing at 4 and couldn't take my daughter but kj said she would squeeze her in and she did a great job! I would highly recommend kj and was very good with the kid and making her laugh so thank you to KJ
