James is the definition of an artist. I gave him a vague idea and he turned it into a beautiful sleeve. He also keeps you entertained throughout the entire process but talking, telling stories, and distracting you from the uncomfortable spots (inner biceps and elbows).
I would highly recommend James not only because of his amazing work but also his down to earth nature. I got my first large piece and I was nervous, but from the start he kept such a calm and welcoming demeanor, we chatted almost the entire piece. It really put my mind at ease. You can tell that he takes his job seriously not only as a tattoo artist but as a professional in the field, yet he remains humble. For the quality I received I would say that the price and booking process is beyond worth it. I’m one year healed and it’s still looking as fresh and clean as the day I got it.
