Jacob was great, was able to figure out the problem with our 20+year old Generac generator. He explained the problem in layman's terms, we were very satisfied both with Jacob and his services. We are certainly glad we have ESM for our home.

Generator was installed in late Dec. It went on during a power outage, but then shut down. This has happened twice. The first available appointment for service is March 5.Update: I am now happy to report that they have found time on Feb 13 to take a look at the generator.

One of the best service experiences ever. Over and over. My generator had issues, they took care of it. Quickly and professionally. I wish all businesses had quality people like ESM. Thank you for coming out on a rainy Sunday night!
