Original quote with Corey and installation of our whole home system by Jeremy were great, but be cautious when you call to schedule your yearly maintenance!I called to set up our appointment for our yearly maintenance & uranium testing for our home filtration system and asked how much it would be so we can budget for it. I gave them my address so they could look at our system. I was told $150. I also asked how much it would be to have water radon tested on top of the uranium and was told $30. When the service technician came he told me it was a $200 visit, which was higher than I was told it would be, but I wrote him a check while juggling a baby and wasn't about to argue it with my husband at work. I received our water test today and saw the radon testing was not even listed!I called Dunbar Water today regarding the discrepancy with the radon testing and the increase in price the technician quoted me, and was told basically "sorry, we have a new employee who quoted you wrong-your system costs more for the yearly maintenance and it was just that, a quote." I asked if they would courtesy us our radon test due to the discrepancy and was told "we don't do the testing, we just collect the samples, but we can send a technician out to collect the sample and it will be $35 additional to send it to the lab for your radon test".I can run the tap myself and have it shipped to the lab for free. I asked for the test to be done together with the uranium and the yearly maintenance as it was more convenient to have it all done at the same time.Terrible customer service.

First Corey came out and did an assessment. He was kind, patient,knowledgeable and real. He wasn't trying to sell for the sake of upselling. That in my book wins in loyalty. Everyone has been on time and friendly. The customer service has been awesome. George (sorry other plumber forgot your name) was on time, friendly, cleaned up, and took the time to explain everything. We moved from AZ had a water system we paid 7500 for and it was a fraction of this supper crazy water system. I feel confident about my drinking and bathing water. More importanlty the customer service for years to come. Really happy with this product and service
