My heart dropped. The gentleman I talked to could not have been more sorry and literally bent over backwards to make it right and I picked it up later in the day in PERFECT condition. Brought a prom gown that was purchased for my granddaughter from Goodwill. The gown was very wrinkled, but in perfect condition. They did an excellent job with it and now looks like a brand new gown. Clean and wrinkle free. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to freshen up clothes that needs to be dry cleaned.
