They sent my daughter glasses to Bangor some how and were supposed to be in auburn.really frustrating when she has to go to school and can’t read what she’s doing all because of human error

Use to love this place! Office had gotten rude. Had appointment scheduled for months, they called to reschedule as dr would not be in. I rescheduled with date they gave. Started new job and called to reschedule as I’m in trying that she stated next Dec as I’m rescheduling. I’m rescheduling because they rescheduled on date I’m not able to go. Very insided. They can change it but I’m not a new customer so I have to go months later. Point is being a long time customer but they only value new customers.

My son and I had our first eye exams here with Dr. Frost, she is very thorough and so nice! The office staff are awesome as well. I highly recommend this office, they are very thorough and affordable.
