Great…Great…Great customer service.We had no water and had to have the well pump and water tank replaced…They came out on a holiday weekend got us fixed up with water came back to change out the water tanka few days later and we still had no hot water pressure so someone came right out a fixed it… I recommend this company!!!

We had no water due to a failed well pump. I left a message and received a phone call back within an hour and help was on the way before lunch time! I can't recommend McMahons Water Services enough. Fast, reliable and cheerful service. Doesn't get much better than that!

I think this company is amazing. It started with a phone call and a woman answered and I asked some questions about our driven point well. She said it sounded like we needed a new well and I asked her if someone could come out and take a look at it please because we weren’t convinced that that’s what the actual problem was. Our plumber seemed to think that we needed a new driven point because we had a new Gould pump and he check valved the well, and so did another well company we called. The other well company came out and the guy looked in the hole and said Yep looks old you need a new one it’s going to be over 2000. He Didn’t really take the time and put any effort into seeing if there really was an issue. It just seemed like all they cared about was the big money as opposed to customer satisfaction and long-term customer service and customer retention. So as we waited for McMahons to come we were keeping our fingers crossed that we didn’t have to shell out $3000 for a new driven point. The original house that was sitting here on the water started out as a camp back in the 1960s so there is no record of when this driven point was put in. Two guys showed up and it turned out they were brothers And sons of the owner. They both had a great personality and came right in and immediately jumped in the well and said Yep we think the problem is the fittings and that they need to be replaced with brass fittings. There was also a hose that was rigged up with a clamp around it that was causing issues and sucking air in. Every time it sucked air in we couldn’t build up any water pressure and we would lose water and the pump would run continuously. These boys knew exactly what to do, exactly what the problem was, and didn’t try to sell me a new well knowing that this one might have a little more Life left into it. It took them a few hours but they got the well up and running and our pressure was well over 50. We were barely able to suck 30 before they got there and that’s when the well even worked. Their customer service is impeccable. Their personalities are on point. These guys know what they’re doing and they don’t screw around. They don’t waste peoples money. I am so impressed with the integrity of this company. I never write reviews, but I absolutely had to for these boys. I am hoping that these boys will be able to take over their dad‘s company someday and have a long history of dedicated customers. I know I will be one. When it comes time to put in our new well they will get my business absolutely guaranteed. If it’s a year from now or five years from now. You can’t go wrong!! take the time call them, have them come out and don’t waste your time calling around to other places because these guys are top notch!!!!
