I've been going here for about 9 months now and I LOVE IT!Toni, Keiona, and Jenn are great instructors!When I started I was struggling with rib flare and abdominal separation due to pregnancy(diastasis recti).I was able to fit 1 finger completely between my abdominal muscles. Not enough to require surgery, but enough to cause problems with my core strength.Toni was able to show me exercises to help me regain my abdominal strength and my abdominal separation is fixed!She helps create modifications on exercises until you are able to perform the move completely.She always encourages to challenge yourself, but not to push yourself to injury.Fantasy fitness has a very welcoming...read full review

Just had my first class & it was great! Toni was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure my sisters birthday was one to remember! Toni makes you feel confident and sexy all while being patient throughout this process. I will definitely be coming back for more classes!

I took the class tonight for my birthday & omg!! I WILL definitely be coming back! I left feeling so sexy & confident thanks to Toni! From start to finish Toni made me feel good & was an amazing & patient teacher! Can’t wait to come back
