I have been here a handful of times and the experience gets worse each time. My very first time the experience was good. The next time, made an appt with that braider. Even after making the appt, she was not available but once free I asked her if she would be finishing my braids. She pretended it was not her. Another time I went and asked for medium knotless to which I was given small even after I said they were too small. The response was that only the perimeter would be that size. It was small over and they attempted to charge me for small. My only grace was that I showed them the texts between myself and whomever mans the phone. Please stay off your cell phone while you’re supposed to be servicing your client.Please stop using the same wet towels for each client.Please stop having the client that’s already being serviced sit there for an extended time waiting for their braider to finish another clients hair before they finish the client.

Despite some of the reviews…My experience was AMAZING Will be taking the 2 hour drive from Virginia from now on!! I walked in at 9:30am with no appointment and was seated immediately. Frida and Lauriece worked magic on my hair. In 5 hours I was up and out of there in enough time to beat DMV rush hour traffic. Both kind talented ladies. I looove them. They also played worship music which was a plus for me! It’s only been a day but I’ve put my hair in multiple buns and got some of it wet in the shower and my curly pieces are holding on tight.
