Absolutely great experience with in store selection, measuring, and installation of new hardwood floors that replaced my old carpeting. The floors are beautiful! Sorry to see my local store close.

Well organized showroom and knowledgable staff. Veronica guided us through the selection and sent us home with samples. Once we chose a product and answers additional questions, she placed the order for us. Their website has a tool so that floors can be imposed over images of different rooms in your home to simulate the post install appearance.EDIT: the floor I bought arrived within the time frame quoted. When I picked it up they assisted me in loading it into my vehicle and I was on my way home with no fuss.
