My heat went out just after the big snow storm and I went on the best of Howard County to ask for references and many people referred me to the Frosty Refrigeration company. So, I called and left a message with the after hours, answering service and Kyle called me right back. He came over to my house and was able to determine what the problem was and just needed a part to fix it. The next morning he went to the shop as soon as it opened got the part and came and repaired it and got my heat working perfectly. He was very professional friendly and everything was reasonable. I have a PTAC wall unit which broke at the end of last summer and I was having so much trouble finding anyone to help me with this type of AC until I was referred to Frosty. Steve replaced my AC unit just in the nick of time before the temps hit 95. They were timely, helpful and professional and all for a very reasonable price! Our central air failed yesterday, just ahead of an oncoming East Coast heatwave. We called Frosty the first thing this morning and they were able to replace our failed capacitator within four hours. I first used Frosty some 25 years ago. . .
