My heat went out just after the big snow storm and I went on the best of Howard County to ask for references and many people referred me to the Frosty Refrigeration company. So, I called and left a message with the after hours, answering service and Kyle called me right back. He came over to my house and was able to determine what the problem was and just needed a part to fix it. The next morning he went to the shop as soon as it opened got the part and came and repaired it and got my heat working perfectly. He was very professional friendly and everything was reasonable.
