This was my 2nd time there. The first time I was serviced by Ms. Mary. When I tell you this woman was everything. She put in my boho knottless braids as I slept. She was so gentle. If you or your child is tender headed She is the braider for you. Now this time I walked in again but Ms. Mary already had 2 clients. I was told another young lady would start the back and Ms. Mary would finish. Ok I agreed. Then all of a sudden things changed and Nicki would finish my hair. Big mistake. This Nickie talked on her cellphone via ear buds thr entire time. How rube. I would rather the young lady who started finish my hair. (I forget her name but but I did tip her). My hair turned out nice braids are cute. Yet some of the braiders need lessons in sanitation for someone gets a visit from the health beauty department. I watch a lot of the braiders none of them washed their hands after each client. Some worried about the next dollar$$$. The hand sanitizer was there for them to use too. One braider dropped a comb on the floor while doing a client's hair. She placed the comb back in the clients hair. Another braider wipe the tip of her nose while prepping hair. I know for a fact none of these braiders are fully licensed but the definitely need a license in sanitation and sterilizing the tools they use for hair. I watched my braider... read full review

I wouldn't get my hair braided there again! I got tree braids. My hair started coming out in the back first and then the middle but as you can see on the sides Ronni didn't tie the ends to make the braid stay. This is just week 2 and my hair looks a mess. It doesn't look like the tree braids done in their videos. I even had to give her the hair as she braided. So I had to work. Not only did I assist with the hair braiding I had to pay a $5 charge to use my card. She did not say anything about a service charge when I called or during my hair getting braided.
