I called early on a Monday morning after noticing the AC was not working, they asked if they had installed my unit 5-6 years ago and would call around lunchtime to schedule a technician to come out. Around 11 am Mike gave me a call and said he would be out as soon as the rain let up. He arrived about a half hour later and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, which was replaced under warranty and checked the freon and topped off the unit. Mike is an excellent tech and a great person to talk to and it was great to see him again. I highly recommend County HVAC!
I haven't used them yet but judging from the "5*" rating, I think I will. The first thing I do before I patronize any business is read the reviews. I have never seen a complete 5-star rating all across the board before! This tells me that they must be good. This company will certainly be getting a call from me soon.
