I've been a patient of Dr Muths for nearly 50 years & will retain his services until the day he retires. His chair side manner stands out as a friendly, empathetic practitioner of a medical discipline that no one wants to partake, visiting a dental office for a range of services from hygiene to surgeries. He has a unique way of giving his undivided attention to his patients' immediate concerns,and has always put me at ease with some high-level services over the years.
They have cancelled my appointment appointments at least 5times!! They do good work, I love the dentist. . I don’t know if there are a lot of call outs or if the receptionist over books. This is not good customer service. The receptionist act like it’s no big deal, it is definitely not patient first attitude . They must realize that people work and have to request time off to make these appointments. I think they need to hire a good office manager .
This is my husbands dentist, he really likes him and has been with him for a great while! I adore all the staff except the receptionist ( K) every time there is something with her.He had a root canal done, had issues with in a week. I called the office to ask a question, K answered the phone 3 times in 2 days to let me know someone would get back to me , this NEVER HAPPENED. I called on Saturday spoke with another lovely lady . She answered my question within minutes and I felt at ease.This morning another encounter with K , I brought up the waiting 3.
