I went on Monday early morning when it snowed and the door was closed up front. They said it was broken and that we had to go to the side. Mind you it's snowing and the carts don't have handles. When I finish doing laundry the front door was working fine. They purposely left the front door closed in the morning. That's very inconsiderate since it was snowing and they had people go all the way to the side.
I needed to use the bathroom and the lady made me use the men’s bathroom while having throw up in it. I tried to let her know and ask if I could use the ladies bathroom instead but she refused to listen to me.
I have been taking my linens to this place for the last 6 months and they were always clean. Last week every single one came stained. I tried to explain to Maritza and she didn’t give me any attention. She completely ignored me and walked out. She shouldn’t call herself a manager and treat costumers the way she did. She said her shift was over. Rude and unprofessional. Taking my business somewhere else.
