Dr.Phillips is just the best vet. She carefully explains everything before and after visits/procedures. The front desk and nurses are also so caring and thoughtful/knowledgeable. Every phone call receives a timely response.

I've tried several different veterinary clinics in the area for my dogs and cats and I have found Kindness to be the best. The team is much less surly than some other offices I've tried... in fact, they live up to the name "Kindness" with their warm and friendly staff! They accept Care Credit which allows more payment flexibility than those who don't, and for me personally, they are just the best, most convenient location on top of everything else!

It was February of 2020 when our beloved pet pass away but the old man which I forgot the name he was an old man he told us a story about his pet when he was young. After the story was finish he truly helped us decide what to do with our Alaskan Malamute named Champ. Unfortunately, we didn’t need to put him to sleep he died a few days later we are able to say goodbye peacefully with him… but I personally always thankful for that advice… un
