Had an appointment for our newborn on April 11th, and the photographer Ms. Emma was very down to earth and professional! We cam right at our appointment time and she was ready for us buy had a prior appointment whose child was uncooperative. She let that family know that she will give them more time after our shoot and she did not rush our shoot at all. Our newborn was calm throughout and got the photos taken quicker than expected. (This was a good thing!). She loaded up our photos, already had some edited before we saw them and went theough each package thoroughly. We paid and was on our way. Honestly Emma made a huge difference, she’s a great manager and managed to help me and my family out despite it being full. She’s really kind and made us want to come back. There should be more people like her.
I recently visited the JCPenney Photo Center in Wheaton Mall this past weekend and had an amazing experience! The manager and photographer were both fantastic—friendly, professional, and made the entire process enjoyable. I used a Groupon deal, and it was incredibly easy to redeem without any hassle.
The quality of the pictures exceeded my expectations; they came out beautifully! I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be returning for future photo sessions. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
