While we’re not regular patients here, they were there in our time of need. The staff are kind and helpful, the vets caring and thoughtful. Ultimately we had to make the decision to have our dog put down, which was not expected. Dr. Taylor was delicate about my feelings and was kind enough to provide a comforter for our pup to lay on while I said my good-byes. Knowing that she was comfortable and in good hands made this very heart breaking experience a little easier to deal with. Thank you to all!
12/23/2025 Shady Side Family Dental resides in a unique "red roofed" building that is situated in an excellent location with easy access. Everyone I encountered in the office offered me a pleasant greeting and a big smile and I immediately felt appreciated by the staff. My appointment started precisely on time as expected. The dental services spaces are in well-appointed dental suites that are impeccably clean. I was given an explanation of the dental procedures in clear and concise terms. Overall, my dental care experience was fast, pleasant and painless. I look forward to my next scheduled dental visit at Shady Side Family Dental on Muddy Creek Road. I recommend them.
