“We had an awesome experience with Appalachian Tree Company. The job was to trim 29 Leland Cypress trees, cut out 3 large unknown bushes and remove all the debris. “First off, I have to say that Bush Creek Tree Service is the very best tree service that I have ever dealt with. ( and I have dealt with several in the past) Prior to to the work, Josh walked the property with us to analyze the trees and provide recommendations . When the work was started..They moved fast ! They took out a huge diseased tree which was leaning over the house and worked on several other problematic trees . Not only were they fast and efficient, but they also kept us in the loop during the entire process. They clearly knew what they were doing and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Oh and I forgot to mention..they did a fabulous cleanup job. Not a trace of any residual tree waste. Final result AAAAA+++++. My only regret is that I didn’t take before and after photos of the whole process.“

“About a month late getting this review up, but wanted to make sure to comment on the professionalism Jason and Katie offer. We needed trees trimmed away from the house and received several quotes from various tree service companies. Aspen's pricing was in line with most of the others - certainly not the most expensive - and Jason was thorough in explaining what he would do.

The job was not the easiest...the ground slopes a bit away and toward the back on one side, making the job a little more challenging, but Jason handled it like a pro. He also solicited feedback in the middle of the job to ensure what he had done to that point met our intent. When he was finished, aside from freshly cut limbs, we could not tell someone had been on the property to trim the trees...his cleanup was immaculate!

Couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Aspen. Jason and Katie communicate very well and they were able to deliver on exactly what they said. I'm rarely happy with a job enough to say this, but this business has earned a customer for life.“
