I always have a great experience with Tam at Zips Cleaners in Waldorf. Her energy is consistently warm and welcoming—even first thing in the morning at 7:00 AM when they open. That kind of positivity really sets the tone for the day and makes a big difference.
Tam is always professional, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her work. My clothes come back looking clean, fresh, and neatly pressed every time. It’s clear she cares about both the quality of the service and the customer experience.
I genuinely enjoy coming in when she’s there and would highly recommend Zips Cleaners—especially if you get the chance to work with Tam!

I'm giving this location 5 stars purely on the customer service. I pulled up to the cleaners and had my baby in a carrier attempting to pull 3 large comforters out of the trunk. I wasn't struggling but before I could get the comforters out of the car, a Zips employee came outside to the car to take the comforters inside. She said she noticed me and that I had a baby with me and came to help me out. She was very pleasant and not only did she take the comforters from my car, she took the clothes I came to pick up to my car.Tam was super helpful and appreciated! So far my clothing has been cleaned well and ready on time. Excellent customer service - will definitely be back.
