I asked for my thigh length hair to be cut at my hips and the stylist cut it to my shoulders. I asked for 8" off and they took off 22" even though I explicitly multiple times told her where to cut it. I am absolutely shattered, it took me so many years to grow my hair that long. It looks like she hacked off my hair, it's so chunky and uneven. I had to pay $115 for this hack + bleach touch up that doesn't even go all the way to my roots.
