I have been going to Tan for over a year but today is my last time. Today Tan fixed 3 nails that had broke less than a week after getting them done. Now, I had went to get them fixed that past Friday. They told me to come back Monday. So I did. When I walked in he had zero customers, during the process of working on my nails a white lady walks in she was eating her ice cream and told him she was good. When she finished, he stops working on my nails to prep her. No problem. When he finished with my nails he says no charge and I said I will give you something for your time. I don’t live in the area but I came to this salon with my aunt that I was visiting. The staff is really friendly, but they are horrible at doing nails/toes. I got a gel pedicure and the paint was not neat. I asked for white dip powder for my nails but they didn’t have that color. So the nail tech (who was super nice btw) used the clear dip powder and then used white gel on top. This was on a Thursday, by Friday night the paint started to peel. By Saturday I had 2 nails with the paint completed chipped off and the others are chipping away. I was charged $95… which is absolutely ridiculous for the quality of work.

Not very happy, high prices and painful results. My fingers are still burning 3 days later after the file was rubbed too close to my skin. I was also very disgusted with the fact that the technician didn't throw my nails in the trash inside the store after removing the acrylic and clipping my natural nails - the technician wrapped everything up in a towel and tossed my acrylic and natural nail clippings outside the door in the air on the ground when clearly they have trash cans. I was speechless and did not know what to say. I was not very happy with the $113 cost for the full set and pedicure and quality provided.
