Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted despite the need to sign in. However, I believe it is advisable to schedule an appointment with a specific individual, as I was not turned away. The customer service was exceptional. Without any hesitation, the staff inquired about my preferences as soon as I took a seat. Miss Tracy promptly commenced working on my gel manicure.
I’m usually very satisfied with the services I receive at this salon, and especially when I book specific nail artists to make my nail inspiration come alive. However, with this visit I was a little disappointed in the service I received for nails.
I came in for a fill-in, and pedicure. The pedicure was executely perfectly by a nice older woman. She made sure that I liked the color she picked (I wanted a baby pink) as the first one was more on the nude side. After this was done, I got a fill in.
