It’s a routine for me to visit this Ulta every 4 weeks after getting a wax next door from European Wax center . Everyone is normally friendly but today I witnessed the manager Desiree being super rude and bossy to the staff , to the point it made me uncomfortable. She was into bossing the employees around she never fully heard or listened to the question I asked and directed me into a total different area. I did not like my visit today
