My nails came out decent, and the customer service was great. However, I felt the pricing was too high for a basic gel fill with a simple flower design. I expected to pay extra for the design, but I was surprised to be charged an additional fee for shortening the nails. Paying $75 for a fill rather than a brand-new set made this a one-time experience for me. While I appreciate the service provided, the pricing did not align with the value I expected.
I spend quite a bit when I go to the salon and most times I tip. They use to be pretty decent but my last few visits have left me underwhelmed. A few of the nail techs there are pretty friendly despite the language barrier that makes communicating request challenging. I often feel rushed and it feels like they are cutting corners. For example, I asked for a basic gel pedicure. They usually soak my feet, give a light scrub and use the rectangle block and brush my nails prior to polishing and lotion/oil. This recent visit I got a quick soak, nail clean up and the rectangle block after the polish was applied. Weird but ok. It really may be time for us to start teaching ourselves… read full review
genuinely Lee is the most amazing nail tech and person!! she is so personable and sweet and her nails are always too good! I will never switch on my girl and if your looking for baddie nails sets come here for real
