On February 11, 2026, my Nissan NV200 was damaged while going through this car wash. Despite still having approximately 20 to 30 seconds remaining to exit the tunnel, the exit door came down and struck my vehicle, causing significant damage that ultimately resulted in it being declared a total loss.

What should have been a straightforward claim turned into more than four months of emails, phone calls, inspections, and constant follow-ups without a fair resolution. Instead of focusing on making things right, the process became unnecessarily prolonged and frustrating.

Horrible experience. First they want me to set up a monthly plan, took my credit card and didn’t return it. When I realized I called and they abruptly said they don’t have it. They took it and used it in La plata Safeway and Lowe’s. I am filing a report. Don’t come here unless you want to get scammed. Robbing people!Service: Auto detailing
