I called and spoke with Herbert to schedule my appointment. I was so upset about the large hornets nest, but he was so calm. He listened with so much compassion and quickly scheduled an appointment the following morning. James came to my home and took care of it quickly. What a kind gentleman! Lots of companies just outsource and lose sight of customer service. Not with Skipwith Pest Control. I highly recommend them for pest control needs. Excellent customer service!!
