Everyone was extremely polite, kind, amd professional. The PA really took her time, and did a very thorough examination. She definitely put my mind at ease with her final diagnosis.
I assigned a four because Staff attentiveness (especially SHANIQUIA) was top notch. However wait time for scheduled visit was extremely long and "available" remedies seemed quite limited. Injection did not result in any (post surgery knee) swelling reduction.
It is not often I have had great encounters in urgent care facilities however this experience was beyond wonderful, given the circumstances of why I needed to be seen. The nurse who worked with me (Paris) was such a kind soul and kept me comfortable and distracted as she tended to my injury (heavily burned forearm). The PA, who I did not catch a name of (I apologize), was just as kind and helpful. They both answered my questions in great detail as well as coaching me through each step of the process through my visit. I cannot thank them enough.
