I called in a panic after I locked myself out of my car with my dog inside in the 90 degree heat and the police were not able to unlock my car with their kit. Cal dropped everything to get there quickly and was able to get in the car within seconds and without leaving a scratch on it. I wish I would have called him before calling 911. The police got there quickly but they dented and scratched the crap out of my car trying to get in. Had I called Cal first it would have been much faster and saved me a lot of money in body work. Either way, he helped save my pup from the heat and was so responsive and wonderful to deal with. Highly highly highly recommend. Truly a life saver.
